No matter how adept we become at incorporating mindfulness practices into our daily lives, sometimes things fall by the wayside. Maybe we’re particularly stressed because of a project that’s coming due at work. Maybe it’s been an unusually long week. Or perhaps we’re experiencing conflict with loved ones, and finding it difficult to cope with the circumstances.
Whatever the reason may be, it’s completely normal for us to occasionally drift off course with our mindfulness practice. Fortunately, though, there are a lot of tools at your disposal to help you get back on track in a relatively quick and painless way.

You’ll notice that these videos are a mix of a couple of different types. First, you’ll encounter quite a few videos that contain various kinds of music. These videos are designed to help you with your meditative practice. Play one of these videos when you sit down to perform your daily meditation. Many of these videos involve chants that will help to calm the “monkey mind” that might be racing about. Others are tuned to 432 Hz. This is the “Verdi frequency,” a scientific frequency that’s been demonstrated to resonate with our mind and body. It induces a state of relaxation, and will help you sink deeper into your meditative practice.
Additionally, this page contains a number of talks and guided meditations offered by experienced teachers. These teachers will help you overcome obstacles that you might encounter on your path to greater clarity, awareness, and compassion. Feel free to share these talks with friends, family members, and co-workers.
