Mindfulness Exercises was founded in 2015 by Sean Fargo with the goal of making mindfulness and meditation teaching simple and accessible for everyone.

What began as a free online resource with a few meditations and worksheets has grown into the world’s leading online mindfulness teacher training platform, reaching over 20 million people through our website and social media channels.

By partnering with some of today’s top mindfulness practitioners and teachers, we strive to make teaching mindfulness and meditation available to anyone who has the sincerity and compassion to help others in these challenging times.

    Our Vision

We envision a world where we all support each other in being present with the love and mystery of each unfolding moment.

Mindfulness isn’t a complex, religious, or esoteric practice — it’s simply bringing gentle awareness to our moment-to-moment experience. Everyone has the ability to share this gift with others.

    Our Mission

Our mission is to encourage and support each other in practicing and teaching mindfulness with compassion and joy.

We all need a little help. No one is mindful 100% of the time. We could all use a little encouragement to be present, to meet this moment with gentle care, and to find the space to respond to life with the wisdom that is already within us.

    Our values

The principles behind how we teach, build, and treat the people we work with.

    Be Authentic

We say what we mean, and live what we teach.

    • Speak with integrity and honesty, expressing our true beliefs.
    • Ensure our actions consistently reflect our words.
    • Never put profit ahead of our core values.

    Embody Care

We lead with kindness — for our team, our community, and the world.

    • Show genuine care for our clients, colleagues, and community.
    • Nurture our work with kindness and consideration.
    • Advocate for the well-being of our world, and help others meet their suffering.

    Create Magic Moments

We make every interaction genuinely meaningful.

    • Strive to deliver experiences that genuinely move people.
    • Foster a positive, inspiring environment for our team.
    • Make meaningful connections with everyone we meet.

    Our team

A team of mindfulness teachers and educators dedicated to the highest quality resources and support for teaching mindfulness and meditation.
