Laurie Giannola

Still Not Sure? Have Questions?

Ready to Get Started Right Now?

“This looks like A LOT of stuff... Am I going to be overwhelmed by all of this?”

Great question!

The truth is — I rarely hear this issue come up with students in the program.

I’ve included a lot here because I want you to have everything you need to quickly and painlessly obtain your certification and...

Support you into the months and years after certification.

That being said, a helpful mindset to cultivate with regard to the volume of resources in this program is to think of it as a library.

We don’t go to the library and feel like we need to read every book.

We just take out and read the book we need at this moment... and then we have the luxury of returning to the library at any time we like, to read another book.

This program is like having lifetime 24/7/365 access to the library — it gives you the luxury of having all of these materials at your disposal for the rest of your life!

Who Is This Program For?

(And Who Is It NOT For?)

This program is for you if...

Mindfulness and Meditation for Yoga Teacher and Coach

Share Mindfulness and Meditation with Your Student

  • are in it for fame or notoriety
  • are complete beginners when it comes to mindfulness and meditation

Have Joined The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program

(Watch These Short Videos To Hear What They Say About It...)

Now that I have this certification, I have a lot more confidence in putting myself out there. I think I have a lot more credibility, and I’m able to attract more students and clients, and overall just feel like I have a lot more confidence in doing what I do.

I found Sean fantastic to work with. He was extremely responsive. He was extremely flexible. I actually took a while to complete the certification because some things came up in my personal life, and Sean was very understanding about that and continually supportive.”

— Pamela Pollack, Mindfulness Coach

I’m a full-time working mom, so flexibility is really important to me. Sean’s style has really helped the course to feel motivating and empowering as opposed to overwhelming, which is great. I’m consistently seeing the benefits in both my personal life and my professional life, which is amazing.”

— Ashley Kosinski

One of the concerns I had was that English is not my first language, so leading meditations in English can be a little bit challenging for me. Sean provided specific tips on how to embody the mindfulness practice and how to deal with limitations, and that gave me a lot of confidence.

Sean also provided a lot of resources that I’m leveraging for my mindfulness consulting business that I just introduced, which is focused on corporate training.

The end-to-end experience of the certification was very valuable for me.

— Rafael Puebla, Mindfulness Teacher

After our first conversation, it was completely affirmed that Sean was the right choice for me. Sean has a great background — he’s worked with Jack Kornfield, who I greatly admire, he has taught the Search Inside Yourself Program, which is Google’s mindfulness program, and he’s also been a Buddhist monk, so all of that added up to a lot of credibility for me.

Sean is a very empathetic listener and a very careful listener, and he doesn’t take a cookie-cutter approach.

— Shelley Brown, Corporate Mindfulness Trainer

“If you’re really looking to deepen your practice, to be authentic to yourself, and be able to pass on that authenticity to others, then without a shadow of a doubt, Sean Fargo is the person to help do that.”

— Catherine Brannan, Mindfulness Teacher

My "Heaven and Earth" Promise to You

I spent the last 8 years making this the best mindfulness meditation teacher training available anywhere. If you join the program and find something lacking, I promise to "move heaven and earth" to make sure you reach your mindfulness teaching goals. We're in this together!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this program help me if I don’t feel confident teaching mindfulness and meditation? Will this program help me if I feel like an imposter, or a fraud?

Absolutely. I have included lots of information, strategies and mindsets to help you overcome imposter syndrome, and build REAL confidence as a mindfulness and meditation teacher. I made all the mistakes when I was first starting out as a mindfulness and meditation teacher, and I had imposter syndrome, and I struggled with a lack of confidence, and I had LOTS of self-doubt. I’ve been where you are if you’re feeling any of these things, and I can show you how to overcome all of it... and in the program... I will!

There’s A LOT of stuff included in this program... will I be overwhelmed?

This is a question I used to get very frequently when I first introduced this program, 6 years ago. Since then, I’ve made some significant changes to the program to make it much more digestible. The great news is that I rarely hear this issue come up anymore with students in the program.

There is a lot of material included in this program... but I encourage you to see that as a good thing. I’ve included a lot here because I want you have everything you need to quickly and painlessly obtain your certification, gain the confidence and skills you need to actually help people improve their lives, and make teaching mindfulness and meditation a successful part of whatever you do, whether it’s adding it as supplement to your existing business, or building your own mindfulness and meditation teaching and coaching business.

And a helpful mindset to cultivate with regard to the volume of information, content, trainings, and resources in this program is to think of it as a library. We don’t go to the library and feel like we need to read every book. We just take out and read the book we need at this moment, and then we have the luxury of returning to the library at any time we like to read another book. This program is like having lifetime 24/7/365 access to the library — it gives you the luxury of having all of these materials at your disposal for the rest of your life!

Is there still demand for mindfulness teachers and teachings? Am I too late to the game?

Even before COVID-19, the prevalence of mental health issues was increasing rapidly, and now, it’s even worse. There has never been a greater demand for certified, competent, effective mindfulness meditation teachers. With the right skills, tools, and a little compassion, you can become an in-demand mindfulness meditation teacher.

This program exists to help you obtain those skills, tools and everything else you need, including helping you to cultivate more compassion. If you bring a true desire to help others, and you put in the work and time to follow my program, get your certification, and build your confidence and skills, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how in-demand your services will become!

Will this program help me find clients?

While this program doesn’t include specific training on getting clients, almost everything that’s included in the program can help you to get more clients. Building your confidence and skills and efficacy as a mindfulness and meditation teacher will lead to referrals from existing clients.

The certification you receive when you join this program will open MANY doors for you, that were previously closed, which can result in a significant increase in the number of clients you get.

What kind of access will I get to Sean Fargo for coaching and mentorship? And how do the live coaching calls and workshops work?

Sean hosts a LIVE weekly 2-hour community coaching call, where you can get all your questions answered and get personalized coaching directly from Sean. These are typically held on Wednesdays from 11 - 1pm PST. These calls are recorded, and you also get access to these recordings in the archive in the Member’s Area.

You also get to attend LIVE guest teacher workshops once a month, which are hosted by Sean, so you will also get access to Sean on these calls as well. These workshops will include a prominent guest mindfulness teacher which you ALSO get direct access to, on the call, for coaching and teaching. These workshops are typically held on a Wednesday from 1 - 3pm PST. These session will also be recorded, and you get lifetime access to these recordings in the archive in the Member’s Area.

These calls and workshops are all optional, and you are welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. You can even attend these calls and just listen if you like.

These coaching calls and workshops will typically include trainings on how to teach mindfulness and meditation with others in personal and professional settings, hot-seat coaching, community sharing, and group reflections to help strengthen your skills and to learn from each other.

Zoom links to our next upcoming coaching calls and online workshops are posted in the Member's Dashboard. Feel free to attend any of the workshops you want - no need to RSVP or attend any particular session. Recordings are posted in the member's section for you to access and practice with anytime.

MORE RAVE REVIEWS

For my Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program

I teach young professionals how to be leaders in this new conscious business world. I’ve added in a mindfulness aspect, now that I’ve been certified, into this program and it just is doing fantastic for the students and I can never thank Sean enough for being there for me, pushing me when I needed it, and really leading me through this process.”

— Margaret Cascio, Leadership Coach

"I lost a few jobs, was going through personal issues in my relationship, really struggling, and I even tried to quit the program a few times... but ultimately, I decided not to... and I am so incredibly glad that I didn’t, because I believe that studying mindfulness and working with Sean really got me through that hard time, and put me in a better place now than I was prior to experiencing those challenges."

— Allison Kamm, Mindfulness Teacher

I spent several months researching programs trying to figure out what would best suit me, and I had a lot of needs... I needed business development, I had my own personal growth I wanted to work on, and I needed to be able to explore mindfulness in a really deep way, and also an authentic way, that was true for me... and I was able to get all of that with Sean and his program. So for that, I am thrilled and grateful. Thank you very much, Sean.”

— Amy McCae, Mindfulness Teacher

“I was already leading meditations out of my home and at the company that I work for, and taking Sean’s program has been extremely valuable for me.

I highly recommend this program. If you’re out there looking at programs, please consider this program... you’ll really enjoy working with Sean.

For my Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program

I was thinking, ‘Can I really teach mindfulness? Can I lead the groups? Am I ready for that? Sean’s program helped me to gain and to build up that inner confidence. That’s why I’m extremely grateful and would 1000% recommend Sean’s program.”

— Sophia Snezhana, Clinical Psychologist & Mindfulness Teacher

I was not comfortable with talking about mindfulness meditation because I was not credentialed to talk about it. So I wanted to pursue a certificate course as a mindfulness trainer, so as to get some credibility.

Because of my busy routine as a physician, and my baby was just a 3-month old, I did not have time to go for a retreat, or to have prolonged in-person courses, or even able to commit to an online course’s schedule. So I was looking for a more flexible course, which I can take on my own pace.

Now I have a certificate, which gives me credibility to talk about mindfulness.

— Pari Deshmukh, M.D. & Psychiatrist

It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Sean helped me personally, emotionally, and with the business aspect. He saw things that I wasn’t open to seeing, and he really revealed to me just how possible it is to grow and thrive in the field of mindfulness.

He is absolutely one of the best mentors I’ve had.

— Sabrina McLean, Mindfulness Coach

I had researched many mindfulness programs, but wasn’t finding the one that felt like the right fit for me, and that would meet me where I am at this point.

In our very first conversation, I absolutely knew that I had found the perfect program and the perfect teacher for me. I felt completely confident and comfortable within minutes of talking to Sean.

— Andrea Kern, Yoga Instructor & Mindfulness Teacher

I'm getting better and better and more skilled at leading meditations as a result of Sean’s program. And becoming much more comfortable with it as well. I now feel fairly comfortable at leading almost any kind of meditation without a script, because I've learned the how's, the why's, the pacing and also how to just feel the moment and the atmosphere of the time of the meditation.

I've noticed a wonderful amount of feedback from the people that I've been meditating with. And I believe I'm getting better, which is a great testament, because I was nervous when I began.

— Megan Moyer, Life Coach

I’m a licensed psychologist, and while I have had a lot of training in mindfulness, I had never been certified as a mindfulness instructor.

Sean’s program was perfect for me because I could work at my own pace. I found Sean to be very well-informed, very warm, very compassionate, very up with the latest research on mindfulness and meditation. I also found him to be very present and very available.

— Meg Van Deusen, Licensed Psychologist

I was looking for a meditation practice that was for the busy person... and how to blend the empirical data of the neuroscience with a more spiritual side... and this is the program.

I’m extremely grateful for this program. It goes on your pace, on your terms, and as you need... it’s the best! We also have a community of the graduates here, so I hope to see you there.

— Sunnye Goldston, Mindfulness Teacher & Podcast Host

Sean was able to take what I brought, as a person doing mindfulness for a number of years, and really help me get deeper and better in my mindfulness practice, so that it became much more meaningful for me... and so that I had so much more to also share with others... and I honestly am so appreciative.”

— Irene Gunn, Counselor

The big difference of Sean’s program is the personalized coaching... by his presence, you get strong confidence. I’m very happy to have his support and very grateful.

— Dominique Frau, Mindfulness Life Coach

“The combination that you have of teaching as how to train people in mindfulness, but also tailoring that so it’s really specific to us, to our personality, and what we want to get out of our training... was just something I could not find anywhere else.

The course has given me a huge amount of confidence to go on and help other people to learn mindfulness and meditation, and to benefit from it.
