See if you can become aware of the stillness that's in the room. The stillness which is just beyond the edges of your body.

There might be stillness within you as well. There might be some sensations and movements in your body, there's also the presence of some kind of stillness.

It  is there as you sit here. A little bit of quietness, quietness of the room, quietness in your body and mind, even if there's some noise, there's quietness as well.

And in this room there's lot's of space, high ceiling. Even if your eyes are closed you get that sense of spaciousness, breathing room, there's a lot of room in your mind in your awareness.

Relaxing any intention holding in your mind. Letting go of your thoughts. And as you let go of the thoughts, let go into the stillness and quietness that's here.
