A note from Sean
I like to remember that we are living a new breath in a new moment. You can feel that with the trees and plants in your own backyard, the wind, the rain. This moment has never happened before.
Try this today. Find a tree, a wall, or a patch of ground you can lean on or stand on. Feel it hold your weight for five slow breaths. Then listen to the sounds around you, near and far, and let them come to you.

This suits anyone who can get outside, even for a few minutes. If feelings come up as you get still, go gently. Stop when you need to.
