    TuneIn

Gratitude can open our hearts and minds to the fullness of our lives and may bring more contentment and peace. In this guided meditation, Sean Fargo invites us to note what it is that we value most in this life. Then we intentionally offer our thanks. Expressing our gratitude can bring awareness to this present moment, just as it is.

Being thankful can change how we see the moments of our lives, even those we may at first label as negative. People who practice gratitude may be less likely to take things for granted and more likely to act in caring, thoughtful and generous ways.

Listen in a safe, quiet place where you can be relatively free from distraction, and tune in to giving thanks.
