Mindfulness has always been close to my heart, taught in communities, studios, monasteries, and retreats. Today, I'm excited to share that it's more accessible than ever, especially through podcasts you can enjoy in the car, at home, or out in nature.

For beginners, seasoned teachers, or anyone looking for something to share with a loved one, there's a podcast for you. I've put together a list of the best mindfulness podcasts for 2025. Browse by topic, category, or audience to find the perfect fit for your practice.

To put this list together, I personally researched and reviewed each podcast, checking ratings and listener reviews on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. I looked at how often each podcast publishes new episodes and how consistent they are. I also considered the credibility and background of each host, the range of topics covered, and overall popularity within the mindfulness community. Only the podcasts that stood out across all of these factors made the final list.

How We Picked The Best Mindfulness Podcasts

When choosing the best mindfulness podcasts for 2026, I did my best to sure each pick met the following criteria:

  • The podcast is offering new episodes in 2026. A podcast that hasn't published in months or years isn't serving its audience. The majority of the podcasts that I included  are still active and putting out fresh content, so you can tune in knowing there's something new waiting for you.
  • The podcast emphasizes mindfulness and meditation. There are a lot of wellness podcasts out there, but not all of them are rooted in mindfulness. I looked for podcasts where mindfulness and meditation aren't just topics that come up occasionally, but the core of everything being shared.
  • Hosts and guests are authentic mindfulness and meditation practitioners. Anyone can talk about mindfulness, but I looked for hosts and guests who actually live and breathe these practices. Their real-world experience comes through in the quality and depth of what they share.
  • New episodes are released regularly, even if just once per month. Consistency matters when you're building a practice.
  • Audiences can engage with supplementary materials such as websites, apps, or courses. The best podcasts don't stop at audio and go deeper into your practice.
