Use this grounding meditation script whenever you find yourself getting anxious, worried, overwhelmed, or lost. It will help you find a sense of presence in this crowded world. We will be using our palms in this meditation that involves some movement. As we do this, we will be more attuned and grounded to the movement of our hands. This is a one of  a kind journey to calm the mind and and synchronize us with the energies all over our body.
