Find out how you can use Hooponopono, an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, as a meditation healing prayer ritual daily.

Hooponopono – is an old age Hawaiian Mantra Prayer of forgiveness. Use this one just prior to sleeping and you will find the speaking fades away within the last 15 minutes and you are left with the just the music at the end. iTunes Mp3:

“Ho'oponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Similar forgiveness practices were performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Samoa, Tahiti and New Zealand. Traditionally hoʻoponopono is practiced by healing priests or kahuna lapaʻau among family members of a person who is physically ill. Modern versions are performed within the family by a family elder, or by the individual alone.”

Use this meditation healing prayer ritual daily for a total release and cleansing. Forgive, let go, apologize, move on. Say this mantra out loud with the recording. Hooponopono helps us to heal ourselves and through healing ourselves it can have a ripple effect and we can heal others too.
