    A note from Sean

Try this today. Write down one thing you added to your life lately, such as a commitment, a promise, or a plan. Then name one thing you added to a relationship, such as a new expectation or a favor you took on. Feel into your belly and chest for each. Does it feel heavy or light? Then choose one small action: keep it, shrink it, or let it go.

Keep going: “Simply Stopping” Guided Meditation Script and Dealing With Busy Schedules.

This suits anyone who feels stretched thin, or whose calendar got away from them. If the load includes caregiving, grief, or money worry, go gently. Stop when you need to.
