An hour-long guided meditation for sleep, designed to help you achieve a state of deep relaxation to promote better sleep & enter a deeply relaxed state!

Guided Meditation for Sleep

Floating in space. A guided meditation for sleep. As you begin this meditation, close your eyes, and feel your mind pause for just a moment. You are about to undertake a journey into the depths of relaxation. Bringing you more fully into peace and serenity more than anything else you have ever experienced. Give your thoughts permission to leave you, to take their own journeys for a while, and join you again in the morning. Here you are safe, you are warm, you are quiet.

Feel you body taking up space. A silent companion through your every experience. This is time for you. Time to let your mind soften and catch up with your body. This is a time and the space for you to obey your weight what you're carrying with you, and what it is time to release. Do not let yourself worry about anything now. Your only task at this very moment is to pay attention to what's happening in your mind and body, and dissolve into total relaxation. Right now let your mind relax. Letting your thoughts, expectations, worries, melt away.
