A calming guided sleep talk-down.

In the quest for quality and diversity we are experimenting with different guided meditation formats to cater to a wider range of individual tastes. In this particular video, we experimented using a gentle beat as an integral part of the talk-down process. It gets calmer as the recording progresses.

It is not to everyone’s taste but most do seem to like it. Our other guided meditations do not have a beat so if this particular style is not your cuppa tea, then feel free to check out the other ones we have made.
