Grief, Embarassment, Sadness, Despair. These are some of the difficult emotions that we will most likely go through in our journey through life. Some of us may have been equipped well by our elders on how to manage and process these emotions. For the rest, going through these difficult emotions is another layer of pain to deal with. Guy Armstrong teaches us how to effectively manage these difficult emotions.
