Gil Fronsdal leads a Guided Meditation Dharmette: Resolution to Present Details. In Mindfulness, to be resolved, to be present attentively for details.

You're not going to be attentive all the time, but give attention to the small details of your life. It will teach you a tremendous amount about yourself. The little details of your life will teach you the Dharma, teach you how to be free-er, caring and compassionate.

In Zen training, they had this idea that in any given situation, what's being requested of you? The attention to detail, really being there, just this, this can translate to people, the person your with is the most important person at that moment. And you'll find out all kinds things about yourself, and you'll find you'll have a lot of attitudes.
