"After deeply immersing myself in mindfulness practice as a Buddhist monk in Thailand, I noticed a shift in the way I related to myself and others that I wanted to bring to the communities around me.
Since then, I have spent the last 15 years focused on sharing mindfulness practices across organizations, into the community, and across the globe.
