    Lucid Dream (Binaural Beat)

A binaural beat intended for lucid dreaming. Binaural beats are an auditory illusion the brain perceives when two different tones are played, one into each ear.

Lucid dreaming means becoming aware that you are dreaming while the dream is happening. Recordings made for it are said to encourage that awareness. These are claims from the binaural-beat tradition and from the people who make these recordings. They are traditional or creator claims, not established findings, and experience varies from person to person.

If sleep is a concern, consider talking with a doctor. A binaural beat may complement, but does not replace, medical care.
