You will learn to use the power of visualizing ease to find a greater sense of calm when faced with a stressful situation.

What we visualize has a great impact on how we feel. It sets the backdrop for our encounters making it an important aspect to manage. When we explore it during times of distress, even better if done before the event itself, it can help us to find a greater ease and acceptance of the situation. That in turn let's our mind and body function to full capacity and overcome the situation using our own senses.

A great example of use of visualization is with performers. Surely, performing is a highly stressful situation. I'm sure some of use have at some point in time been exposed to this. Great performers use visualization to see themselves going through the whole act, as a sort of mental rehearsal. This lets them do it with great ease, grace and power. They may also visualize possible problematic situations, although this is a whole different use of visualization but it is important just the same. Through visualization of ease, performers actually can do the whole performance with ease.
