    Understanding Your Self-Pity

    It is important to understand your own strengths & weaknesses. Sometimes, we see our circumstances and fall into a spiral of self-pity. What we can do instead is use these circumstances as a bouncing board to rise from our current situation. Use the unique knowledge and experience we gained from our unique situation and find a way to stand out in the world. All it takes is to turn that self-pity into self-love.
