A note from Sean
Being present is our natural human ability. No one invented it. So much of what I do is remind people of something we already know, and it’s easy to forget.
Try this today. Set a timer for three minutes. Sit, lengthen your spine, and release your shoulders. Breathe slowly through your nose. Watch your thoughts as if from a distance, and notice the part of you that is watching. Stay with the watcher rather than the thoughts. When the timer goes off, write one word for how that awareness felt, as the worksheet asks.

This suits curious beginners and long-time practitioners. If looking inward stirs up distress or a feeling of unreality, open your eyes and feel your feet. Go gently. Stop when you need to.
