    A note from Sean

I started this website to share free audio talks and meditations. I make sure some of what I teach is always free, because I don’t think money should be a barrier.

Try this today. Do one small, quiet act of giving, with no expectation of thanks: pay for someone’s coffee, send a note to a teacher you appreciate, or give one conversation your full attention. As you give, check in with your body. Is there warmth, ease, a smile? Let it register.

Keep going: Generosity and Gratitude and Generosity.

This suits anyone who wants practice to show up in daily life. If giving feels like a duty, or you are running on empty, go gently, and start by giving yourself a few quiet minutes. Stop when you need to.
