Gil Fronsdal leads a Guided Meditation Drink Your Joy. In meditation, there are positive states that can come along, sense of peace, well-being, joy.

The practice offers an alternative to tendency, fear or anxiety- a sense of confident well-being, a sense of deep inner peace or relaxation. If the concern is insecurity, filling it with approval, the alternative to that is confidence with ones’ self.

As we meditate there are positive states that can come along, we can feel letting go a lot of preoccupations, a lot of concern, fell sense of peace, sense of joy, sense of well-being, sense of confidence.

It might be subtle at first just hints of it. To allow ourselves to be nurtured by them to take them in, of the positive states, There is a word for joy and drink in ancient language are the same word. The idea is to Drink your Joy, take it in.
