Sometimes it takes courage to be fully present with what is here for us. Sean Fargo leads a guided meditation inviting us to cultivate courage as we lovingly tend to our experience of this moment.
A note from Sean
Some people call it sitting in the fire. Instead of running for the extinguisher, we ask: what does this feel like, and can I be with the reactions that come up?
Try this today. Pick something mildly uncomfortable, such as a small worry or a tight spot in your body. Not the biggest thing. Find where you feel it, put a hand there, and take five breaths. Ask only: what is this like right now?

This suits you if you tend to turn away from what’s hard. If you’re holding grief, trauma, or strong emotion, choose something smaller or feel your feet instead. Go gently. Stop when you need to.
