    Awakening The Senses

    Speaker 1 · 0:00The start of a new day. Waking up the senses. Feeling from the inside what it's like to be fully alive right now. Right here in this body.

    Guided Breath And Posture

    Speaker 1 · 0:16I can begin by taking a few deep breaths. In through the nose, and out through the mouth. Expanding the lungs. Releasing tension. Straightening your posture. And feeling alive. Waking up the body with the breath. Sensing what it feels like to be alive. Feeling the sensations in your feet, in your legs.

    Body Scan Aliveness

    Speaker 2 · 1:06Waking up the belly and the back. Expanding the lungs and the chest. Feeling the aliveness in your shoulders, in your arms, your hands. And feeling the energy move up your neck and into your head. Waking up.

    Calm Strong Focused Mantra

    Speaker 2 · 1:39Starting the day with positive energy. Breathing throughout your whole body. And repeating the words calm strong focused. And so you are calm, strong, focused, feeling more and more alive and in control. Calm. Strong focused.
