    A note from Sean

The more we practice sensing our energies, the more of them we can be with, even intense ones. We can bear witness without reacting and without losing ourselves. They are natural, they keep changing, and they are not who we are.

Try this today. Pick one moment today, such as the walk to your car or the minute before a meeting. Feel your body for three breaths. Then name your way of being in a few plain words, like rushed, heavy, warm, or open. Don’t fix it. Ask what would ease it a little, such as dropping your shoulders or a longer exhale.

This suits anyone who wants to notice their mood before it spills onto others. If what you find is grief, anger, or something heavy, go gently. Stop when you need to.
