    A note from Sean

Sometimes energy gets stuck. Sometimes our mood gets stuck. Sometimes we get stuck. So can we move around and feel into what is here, with some playfulness? Some days we will not be in the mood to wiggle, and that is fine too.

Try this today. Lie on your back and nod your head up and down as slowly as you can, like a slow yes, for two minutes. Stay well inside your range of motion and feel what your body does with the slowness.

This suits anyone who cannot sit still. If you have a neck or back injury, or live with pain, move even less than you think you need to. Strong feelings can surface as you slow down, so go gently. Stop when you need to.
