prAna Mindful Living Ambassador Mark Coleman leads a 6-minute meditation focused on listening to help us live in the moment…

Find that sense of well-being or contentment in your body. Turn the attention outwards to listening, to hearing. Notice how awareness can extend to the furthest sound.

In this practice, it's important not to get lost in thinking about what's making the sound but by just acknowledging it without judgement. Not going out to the sound except receiving, accepting. Listening and knowing that you're listening.

All kinds of sounds will come and go. Sounds from your body, from your room. Nature sounds. Front the perspective of awareness, all sounds are equal.
