Bad or old habits, thought patterns, trauma and the like become easier to let go of with this gentle yet firm spoken word guided visualization exercise.

This spoken word guided visualization is to help you in letting go. Letting go of old ways, old thought patterns, to forgive, and even old bad habits.

The stories that we repeatedly tell ourselves about our lives, others, and the world can be very limiting and inaccurate. Identifying and then letting go of our stories can often be quite liberating. It can also open us to new directions and possibilities in our lives. This mindfulness exercise is focused on helping you begin to let go of your ideas, your desires, and your fixations on how the world ought to be. The more you’re able to detach yourself from a particular set of expectations, or from a specific memory of a past state, the more you’ll be able to live completely in the present moment.
