Sean Fargo leads a one-minute guided meditation, a short practice for a quick morning pause that may help ease anxiety and support calm.

    A note from Sean

Even short practices, done two or three times a day, really add up. They often inspire people to do more, and for longer. I think of them as fertile seeds.

Try this today. Set two or three reminders: morning, midday, and mid-afternoon. When each one goes off, feel your feet on the floor and take three slow breaths. That is the whole practice.

Keep going: 1 Minute Mindfulness Meditation and Three mindful breaths.

This suits anyone who thinks they have no time, and anyone new to meditating. If anxiety or physical pain is strong today, go gently. Keep your eyes open if that helps. Stop when you need to.
