Is there evidence of completion once this course is completed? I was not able to find anyone to contact with regards to this matter. Thank you in advance.
Hi Margot,
I’m sorry, but we are not offering any evidence of completion for this.
The closest thing we offer would be at Teach.MindfulnessExercises.com
I hope this helps!
Sean
Absolutely love it….definitally made my day.I believe using all exercises will be so benefitial for the chirldren
what do i do for anger?
When I’m angry I usually think about something calming (I think of being in a meadow full of flowers) or something that makes me happy, and breath in(3 seconds) breath out(3 seconds) until I calm down. I’m not saying this will work for you, but this is what I do. You can also actually do something you enjoy like drawing, reading. (Don’t play video games b/c if you lose you will only get angrier)
This feels amazing!
Woah
Is there any possibility to get any certificate of complection/participation etc. after this course? That would be really useful for my new job!
I’m sorry, but the only certification we offer is this: https://mindfulnessexercises.com/the-mindfulness-teacher-certification-program/
Thank you!
Sean, it will be great to offer a Simple certificate for kids. Little thing like that would make them feel good and smile. “I meditated today….”
my best, thanks for offering this. Jas
Hello, please consider offering a editable certificate of completion/participation. I believe you should offer certification because it demonstrates to employers that these mindfulness trainings are indeed worth an employers and employee’s time and resources. It would be a wonderful way to spread mindfulness amongst workplaces.
Thank you.
I have just listened to the magnificent garden and it is so beautiful. Thank you.
