  • Absolutely love it….definitally made my day.I believe using all exercises will be so benefitial for the chirldren

    • When I’m angry I usually think about something calming (I think of being in a meadow full of flowers) or something that makes me happy, and breath in(3 seconds) breath out(3 seconds) until I calm down. I’m not saying this will work for you, but this is what I do. You can also actually do something you enjoy like drawing, reading. (Don’t play video games b/c if you lose you will only get angrier)

  • Is there any possibility to get any certificate of complection/participation etc. after this course? That would be really useful for my new job!
