During this Mindfulness for Kids you will take a trip to your Magnificent Garden and spend some time soaking up the beauty and charm in this perfect paradise!

You will place all of your thoughts in a paper boat and watch them float down stream leaving you in a state of pure relaxation.

This Guided Meditation is great if you have any stress, anxiety or worries...but is also great for general meditation, relaxation and SLEEP!!!
