Ajahn teaches us how different audience perceive, and why public speaking is terrifying. Our perceptions are unreliable, subjective and impermanent.

We hope that through this video, you were better able to understand why public speaking is so terrifying and through that understanding, find your own unique way to muster through it and become a better speaker. After all, mindfulness is also about self-awareness, and this fear and being able to conquer it is one way of getting to know ourselves better.
