    The Power of Belly Breathing

    A chest breather takes shorter, faster breaths by drawing breath to the lungs through the chest area. Belly breathers, on the other hand, use their diaphragm muscles to draw in breath by expanding through the abdomen. By getting the air in the deeper part of the lungs, you’ll actually get 10x more air with each breath.
