How Often Affirmations for Men Should be Practiced?

Words of affirmation for men are most effective when practiced daily. It takes time to overcome the habit of experiencing ourselves as less than others. The benefits of affirmations will become more pronounced with time and consistent practice. 

Choose just 2-3 affirmations to work with, but repeat each 3-5 times throughout the day. Most people find it easiest to embrace a 3-times daily routine in the morning, mid-day, and at night.
