Who on our team can claim CE credit?
The pathways are designed for licensed and license-eligible mental health and healthcare professionals — psychologists, LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, RNs, and equivalents. CE from an APA-approved sponsor is widely accepted across most U.S. states, and acceptance varies by license type and state board — we'll walk through your team's license mix on the call. Enrollment is not restricted: staff who don't need formal CE are welcome to take the same content.
How many hours does each seat carry?
37.5 CE homestudy hours across four curated pathways — neuroscience and habit change, guiding and teaching, shame and grief, and trauma sensitivity. Seats can take the complete bundle or a single pathway; we'll scope which on the call.
Does each clinician get their own certificate?
Yes — certificates are individual, never issued to the organization. Each completer receives one certificate per completed pathway, showing the program title, CE hours awarded, completion date, and the sponsor approval statement.
How does billing work?
However your organization prefers: card checkout for small groups, or a direct invoice for larger ones. Group rates start at 5 seats — the per-seat price for each band is published above, so there is nothing to negotiate for.
What if a board doesn't accept the hours?
Check with your board before enrolling a group — we'll help you read the rule on the call. If the hours don't qualify for someone on your team, they can swap free to an equal-value program.
What if we want staff certified to teach instead?
That is a different program. Continuing education is for licensed clinicians who need hours; the teacher certification qualifies someone to lead groups and classes. If that is what you need, start on the certification for teams page instead — the two are bought separately.
