Our Own Mindfulness Teachers
Sean Fargo
The founder of Mindfulness Exercises.com, Sean Fargo was a Buddhist monk for 2 years before leaving the monastic life to better connect with his community. He brings a breadth and depth of experience to his offerings that few other mindfulness and meditation teachers can, and he uses this experience to custom tailor his teaching, coaching, guidance, and mentorship to meet people exactly where they are.
Sean’s website has helped more than 6 million people deepen their practice and teaching.
