Day 15 – Congratulations! 1 Lesson

  • Day 1 completed. Interesting to place full attention on the sensation of the in and out breath….I could feel my heart beat in my belly which was very calming.

    • I recently quit drinking- trying to live a cleaner lifestyle. This practice has helped greatly with my anxiety. Prayers for your recovery journey.

  • The 3 minutes breathing cycle is very relaxing. Letting go of my story helped me to examine the traits and characteristics that i believed in as forming my personality and found out that they were not really me but just beliefs. I am committed to letting go gradually. Thank you so much for making me aware.
