About the teacher

Jeremy Lipkowitz

Jeremy Lipkowitz is an international meditation teacher and mindfulness coach based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He has been teaching meditation for the past 7 years, and practicing for over a decade. He is a former scientist, and has spent time as a fully-ordained Buddhist monk in Burma.

    • it can be done at your own pace, but I recommend doing it daily so create a habit out of meditation and get more benifits

  • I am very interested in mindfulness, I have a Mental illness which I have had for nearly 40 years, so anxiety and depression has been a big part of that.
