    • When I’m angry I usually think about something calming (I think of being in a meadow full of flowers) or something that makes me happy, and breath in(3 seconds) breath out(3 seconds) until I calm down. I’m not saying this will work for you, but this is what I do. You can also actually do something you enjoy like drawing, reading. (Don’t play video games b/c if you lose you will only get angrier)

    • it can be done at your own pace, but I recommend doing it daily so create a habit out of meditation and get more benifits

    Someone asked if they could use the videos if they referred to the link. I can understand your “No” response.
    On the other hand, in reading the previous question; would it be acceptable to you if I was to do my own video discussing the same topics and script?

  • Do you suggest taking the lessons in the order shown or if a particular area of study looks especially useful is it ok to jump around – for instance doing part 5 – Cultivating Society and Protecting the Earth as the first part of the course?
