Conclusion

Our time spent working is time spent living. The idea that there is separation between work and ‘real life’ is a myth. So too, is the thought that our mindfulness and meditation practice take place apart from work or life.

As we progress along our mindfulness journey we see that mindfulness and meditation, work and life are all equally expressions of who we are as human beings. The degree to which we integrate these seemingly separate activities is a measure of authenticity.

Meaningful work quotes can help remind us that no matter the tasks we spend our days on, we can bring mindfulness to this work by showing up with presence, patience, kindness and compassion.
