Because you get a significant amount of coaching and mentorship directly from Sean Fargo in this program, we close registration when we reach capacity (sometimes for months at a time), so Sean isn't spread too thin. We do this because we want to make sure that every student in the program gets all the time and attention they need from Sean.

How many more breakthroughs do you think you could have with Sean as your coach and mentor, as opposed to just going it alone?

Buddhist monks, and the most accomplished practitioners of mindfulness and meditation in the world all have one thing in common... they were all taught, coached, and mentored by a master teacher (like Sean).

Books, videos, and courses are good... but they can only take you so far with mindfulness and meditation

It’s fantastic that we have more materials and resources available today than we ever have on mindfulness and meditation... and the internet has helped immensely in terms of bringing these materials to more and more people. And these materials, books, and courses have gotten better and better.

But once you make some initial progress on your mindfulness journey, you start to find out that there are limitations to ONLY using pre-recorded, pre-written books, videos, and materials, that you can only interact with on a one-way basis.

You will get to a certain point in your mindfulness and meditation journey where the books, videos, and courses won’t be able to help you get to the next level.

This is because books, videos, and courses don’t know YOU... they don’t know YOUR thinking... they don’t know how YOU are approaching mindfulness... they don’t understand YOUR past experiences (that are definitely coloring your interpretation and practice of the principles of mindfulness and meditation)...

...and books, videos, and courses can never provide you with PERSONALIZED, CUSTOMIZED guidance, advice, or suggestions to help you improve your understanding, to help you get to the next, deeper level, to help you cultivate the skills and abilities that will allow you to be more present, accept more moments in life without judgement, and live with more peace and happiness.

Books, videos, and courses are a great first step — they really are, but...

NO ONE HAS EVER achieved meaningful proficiency at mindfulness and meditation ONLY using books, videos, and courses... because they just aren’t enough to get you there.

Here’s what you really need...

(if you actually want to change your life using mindfulness and meditation)

To reach the next level in your mindfulness and meditation journey, and to be able to really access those deeper reserves of peace, calm, and happiness in life... you need someone who can coach you, mentor you, and give you guidance that’s customized and personalized to your particular situation.

Someone who can answer your questions whenever they arise.

Someone who can see your blind spots, point them out to you, and help you address them with kindness.

Someone who can understand you, your situation, your past experiences, how you are approaching mindfulness and meditation...

...and then give you JUST THE RIGHT personalized advice or guidance that you need to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.

THAT is what creates the BIG BREAKTHROUGHS that allow you to become much more proficient at mindfulness and meditation.

THAT is what allows you to finally reach those deeper levels of mindfulness and meditation.

THAT is what accelerates your progress, and allows you to start living a life with more calm, more peace, and more happiness... much faster than you could on your own.

(And, if you are just beginning in your journey of mindfulness and meditation, having a coach and mentor like this, from the start, will only make your journey that much faster, easier, and smoother.)

But, there’s a PROBLEM

(Actually there are a few problems.)

First, it’s really hard to find a teacher like this, who you can get everyday, normal access to. You usually need to either live in the same town as them so you can go to their local events and sessions, or you have to pay LOTS of money to join some big program they’re offering.

And then, even if you do find someone who you can get access to... and doesn’t cost you a fortune... most of those teachers... don’t have enough experience... or frankly, just aren’t good teachers or coaches... and don’t have the ability to connect with you as a student... or they don’t have the right intention (more people than you’d believe get into teaching mindfulness to get rich or famous).

So, you not only need to find someone you can get access to, without breaking your bank, but ALSO someone who is actually the right kind of teacher.

And usually, to find all that... is very difficult.

But now, there’s a SOLUTION

Sean Fargo created his website and company MindfulnessExercises.com 10 years ago with the intention of helping as many people as possible to access, understand, and use the principles of mindfulness and meditation, so they can live better lives.

And Sean knew that having access to the right kind of teacher/coach/mentor is one of the most important and powerful things you can do and have in your mindfulness journey and practice...

But for MOST people, that’s also one of the most difficult  things to arrange (for the reasons mentioned above).

That’s why Sean created his Inner Circle program.

Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle program was designed to help you get one of the most important and powerful tools — your own personal mindfulness teacher, coach, and mentor... and get it for an affordable price, and be able to do it from the comfort of your own home.

This program was created to make it EASY for you to get something that is typically VERY DIFFICULT — your very own personal mindfulness and meditation teacher, coach, and mentor... that you get everyday, normal access to... and who is actually qualified, with the right kind and amount of experience... who has proven teaching skills and abilities... will be able to connect with you as a student... and actually has the right intentions too.

Having this type of teacher, coach, and mentor is INTEGRAL and NECESSARY if you want to be able to really change your life using mindfulness and meditation.

Is Sean Fargo qualified to be your personal mindfulness and meditation teacher, coach, and mentor?

There’s no substitute for actually talking to and working with Sean, but hopefully the following information will give you a sense of the depth and breadth of his mindfulness and meditation experience, his abilities, the results of his success as a teacher, coach, and mentor, and his commitment and intention to really help other people.

What exactly is Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle program? And how does it work?

As a member of Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle program, you’ll get to interact with Sean directly, for 3 hours every week.

You’ll be meditating with Sean, every week.

Sean will be guiding you in meditation, every week.

You’ll have plenty of time to ask Sean any questions you have.

You’ll get a significant amount of coaching, mentoring, and guidance directly from Sean.

Here’s how it works:

Every week, Sean hosts two 90-minute Zoom video calls... and as a member, you get to attend and participate on both calls every week.

These calls are optional and flexible, so you can feel free to come anytime and leave anytime to any of the calls. And we will be recording all of the sessions and posting them in your member’s area, so you can access any of them, anytime you like.

What happens on these Zoom video calls?

Each call will be around 90 minutes long, and each will begin with a meditation. Sean Fargo will guide you and the other participants through the meditation, which will usually last around 20 - 30 minutes.

After the meditation, Sean will debrief on how you can use that meditation/mindfulness practice. He’ll ask about your experience of it, he’ll give you his reflections on that particular meditation/practice, his experience using it in his practice, and he’ll talk about how you can modify that meditation/practice to fit your own needs and personal situation, to maximum benefit.

After this debrief, Sean will lead everyone in a general Q&A session that is not specifically related to the meditation the group just did, but an opportunity for you to get coaching, guidance, and mentorship on anything you like.

This is where you can ask any questions you have, and get answers and coaching directly from Sean.

It’s worth mentioning that most people don’t expect this or realize it, but... in addition to you being able to directly ask Sean your questions and getting Sean’s coaching specifically tailored to you and your situation... one of the best things about being part of a coaching group like this is that you can benefit as much, or even more, from listening to the questions OTHER people in the group ask Sean, and then absorbing Sean’s answers to those questions. This is so helpful because other people in the group might ask a question, or bring up an issue that you never thought to ask or bring up, and this could actually create a breakthrough for YOU.

But, you will obviously ALSO benefit greatly from having significant time set aside for you every single week to directly ask Sean any questions you have related to your specific situation and mindfulness and meditation practice, and get substantial coaching from Sean related to those as well.

Will we be doing the same meditation every week?

No. Every week Sean Fargo will guide you through a different meditation and different mindfulness practices. You can see a list of some of the different meditations/practices we’ll be doing by clicking here (a pop-up will open when you click).

Doing different meditations each week in this program, will introduce you to new mindfulness and meditation practices constantly, which is beneficial because many people experience breakthroughs in their practice and progress in their mindfulness, when they try a new practice, that gives them a new perspective, or a new and different way of approaching mindfulness.

So, this variety of new meditations and practices can really help you progress and deepen your practice, as well as possibly leading to some great breakthroughs. This variety of different meditations each week will also make this program more enjoyable, because it will be exciting to look forward to new meditations and mindfulness practices each and every week.

How do I join and participate in these calls?

Every meditation/coaching session will be live streamed, online, via Zoom.

Each session is live with Sean Fargo, but the nice thing is you get to participate from the comfort of your home, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

After you join and become a member, we’ll send you all the details you need via email for joining and participating in all the sessions.

When do the meditation / coaching calls happen?

We do two meditation/coaching sessions every week. They both happen on Tuesday, every week. Here are the times for both sessions in different time zones — just find your time zone to see when each session would start and end for you:

Session 1 is every Tuesday at:

8:00am - 9:30am PST (US)
9:00am - 10:30am MST (US)
10:00am - 11:30am CST (US)
11:00am - 12:30am EST (US)
5:00pm - 6:30pm CET (Europe)
12:00am - 1:30am (Wed) AWST (Australia)
1:30am - 3:00am (Wed) ACST (Australia)

Session 2 is every Tuesday at:

8:00pm - 9:30pm PST (US)
9:00pm - 10:30pm MST (US)
10:00pm - 11:30pm CST (US)
11:00pm - 12:30am EST (US)
5:00am - 6:30am (Wed) CET (Europe)
12:00pm - 1:30pm (Wed) AWST (Australia)
1:30pm - 3:00pm (Wed) ACST (Australia)

Remember, we also record every call and post them in the member’s area, so you can access any of the calls, anytime you like.

Do I need to attend every meditation/coaching session?

No. In fact, this program is very flexible. I recognize that you may be busy with lots of things in your life, so I intentionally made this program very flexible, so you could get the most out of it, while maintaining and pursuing all of your other commitments and parts of your life. And, I want this program to feel EASY for you... so it’s something that you’ll actually WANT to do, so...

1. Every call (meditation/coaching session) is optional.

2. We don’t take attendance. We have two calls each week, both on Tuesday. You’re welcome to come to one, both, or none.

3. There are no time rules. You can show up late to any session and you can leave any session early if you need to.

4. We also record every call and post them in the member’s area, so you can access any of the calls, anytime you like.

“Why should I join this program? What will I actually get out of it?

Great question. Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle delivers powerful benefits. Here are just a few:

THIS PROGRAM CAN HELP YOU GET MUCH GREATER RESULTS, IN MUCH LESS TIME, WITH MUCH LESS EFFORT

A big problem that many people encounter on their path of mindfulness and meditation, is... without knowing it... they unintentionally start veering off the path, and they head in a direction that is incorrect, or misguided. They do this because they misinterpret certain mindfulness teachings, or they receive and believe incorrect teachings about mindfulness. It may be somewhat surprising, but a large part of becoming more mindful, and using meditation to its maximum benefit, and really experiencing the amazing changes in your life that these tools can bring... is correcting mistakes and avoiding wrong turns along the way!

With this program, Sean Fargo himself, will not only help bring you back from any wrong turns you’ve taken in your journey, and make sure your understanding of these teachings is accurate, but Sean will also help you prevent any future wrong turns and missteps as you continue your journey. The access you get in this program to a master mindfulness and meditation teacher like Sean is invaluable, because it gives you something most mindfulness practitioners will never have — guidance every step of the way, to make sure you remain on the right path — the path that is the easiest, fastest way to becoming more mindful, and enjoying much more calm, joy, love, peace, presence, and power in your life.

YOU WON’T HAVE TO DO THIS ALL BY YOURSELF ANYMORE

Mindfulness and meditation are powerful tools, but they are very often misinterpreted and misunderstood. This is because you really can’t “get” the essence of mindfulness and meditation using the same thinking you came to it with. It’s like Albert Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Typically, it’s our old, habitual thinking, and our blind spots that keep us from understanding mindfulness and meditation, and that keeps us from using these powerful tools to improve our lives.

This is where a coach and mentor can be indispensable. A coach/mentor brings an objective viewpoint, which means they won’t be burdened by your old, habitual thinking and blind spots (which almost everyone has). And the right coach and mentor has already been where you are, so they know the old thinking they used to bring to mindfulness that didn’t work, and they know what kind of thinking is required to understand and fully utilize mindfulness and meditation, and this is why a coach and mentor can be so powerful and effective, because they can help you see all of this... which is near impossible to see or accomplish on your own.

YOU’LL GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED, EXACTLY WHEN YOU NEED IT, REGARDLESS OF YOUR EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Books, videos, and courses are great, but they can only provide you with generalized information, that is lowered to the least common denominator, so that the greatest number of people will benefit from it. The problem with that is, it’s unlikely to help you when you’re stuck on a specific issue, or you don’t understand a specific part of mindfulness or meditation, or you need something specific to help you move from where you are to the next level. One of the most powerful and beneficial aspects of having a coach and mentor like Sean Fargo is the flexibility of the approach, meaning Sean will make an effort to understand exactly where you are in your journey, and he will give you the advice, guidance, and coaching that you need at that exact moment. And he knows what you need because he’s been exactly where you are right now. The flexibility and the ability to custom tailor what you need, exactly when you need it, is what makes having a mindfulness and meditation coach and mentor so powerful.

And this is something you could never get doing this on your own, or from books, videos, and courses. It’s also why, regardless of what level you’re at right now — total beginner, intermediate, or highly advanced, you’ll definitely be able to benefit from having Sean as your coach, because he can tailor his advice and guidance to you wherever you are right now. If you’re brand new and you’re not sure you even know how to meditate, that’s where Sean will start with you, at step 1. On the other hand, if you’re an advanced practitioner of mindfulness and meditation, Sean will show you that there is no end to mindfulness, no end to the journey, and he’ll help you reach deeper and deeper levels of accomplishment, calm, peace, and joy.

A LARGE VARIETY OF DIFFERENT MEDITATIONS AND PRACTICES THAT WILL INSPIRE YOU, KEEP YOU ENGAGED, AND ACCELERATE YOUR PROGRESS

Lots of people fizzle out, and give up on their mindfulness and meditation practice because they don’t use enough variety, and their inspiration wanes. In this program, we’ll be doing a different meditation and/or mindfulness practice every single week. This will expose you to many more exercises, practices, experiences, and ways of thinking about mindfulness, yourself, and life.

With this kind of rare and valuable experience, you will find yourself filled with much more inspiration, much more of the time, because different practices help us see things differently — in new and better ways. This almost endless variety will also keep you engaged and excited for “next week’s” session! And of course, when you are inspired more often, and more engaged, you are sure to make more progress, probably faster than if you were bored and tired of the same old routines that most people do every day.

BE PART OF A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU

There is no law that says you must meditate alone. Meditating with others can be very beneficial. And learning and interacting with others is also very beneficial. But it’s not just beneficial... it’s also ENJOYABLE! We humans are social animals don’t forget! We all need community and contact with others. Many people who meditate and practice mindfulness are the only person they know who does those things, and they therefore have trouble finding others to bond with, discuss this stuff with, and socialize with.

And now with COVID, it’s become even worse, and much more difficult to be a part of a community of people interested in and practicing mindfulness. This program makes it EASIER — a LOT easier. There is a great sense of community, and camaraderie in this program. You will be able to meet with, talk with, interact with, bond with, and learn with many others just like yourself, who want to change their lives for the better by understanding and utilizing mindfulness and meditation. We will meditate together, have discussions together, learn together, and more. You’re going to love this community!

THIS PROGRAM WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU TO DO YOUR PRACTICE MORE CONSISTENTLY

Life is busy. Life is chaotic. We make a promise to ourselves to sit for 15 minutes everyday, but we look up and it’s 9pm and we haven’t done it yet. It happens to the best of us. And the problem is, without consistent practice, it’s very difficult to make progress... to actually become proficient at mindfulness and meditation. It’s very hard to change anything in our lives if we can’t do this consistently. This program can help. This program essentially creates a weekly appointment for you. In the program, we have two set times each week that we do our two Zoom sessions. These set-time sessions become appointments for you every week

This is not to say that you are required to attend, but since you’re paying to be a part of this program, and since these sessions are scheduled by someone else (Sean Fargo), and not you, and since they will definitely happen, without fail... you are actually more likely to show up every week, and keep this “weekly appointment.” So, this program sets up something that you can’t set up on your own — an externally scheduled appointment that you are actually more likely to keep, and show up to. This is how this program makes it easier for you to do your practice more consistently, because you’ll know that you’ll at least be practicing once a week, with Sean and the group, and this is a great start!

This program was designed to make it easy for you to get something that is typically very difficult to get — significant access, coaching, guidance, and mentorship from a world-class and world-renowned mindfulness practitioner and teacher.

And this access you get to Sean Fargo, and the fact that you can meditate with Sean, and get coaching and guidance from him for up to 3 hours per week, can create big breakthroughs for you whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner of mindfulness and meditation.

Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle is PERFECT for you.

How this program is DIFFERENT from other similar programs

Here’s how Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle program stacks up against other similar programs:

Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle program

Other similar programs

Price

$99 / month

Most other programs don’t give you anywhere near the amount of access to the main teacher that you get in Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle. To get this kind of access in these other programs, you’d have to pay hundreds of dollars PER HOUR, or THOUSANDS every month.

Amount of access

You get access to Sean Fargo for up to 3 hours every WEEK

Most other similar programs give you very little access to the main teacher, and nowhere near the amount you get in Sean’s program.

Format

You get to meditate TWICE A WEEK with Sean Fargo, live. Each time, Sean will guide you through the meditation, then he will lead a debrief session to discuss the meditation, then there will be Q&A, hotseats, coaching, a community dialogue, and a wrap-up.

In most other similar programs, the format is mostly you listening to lectures and webinars, with limited actual meditation and coaching.

Do you get to meditate with the main teacher on a regular basis?

YES... twice every week.

NO... rarely, if at all.

Quality and depth of coaching

This program’s primary objective is coaching and mentoring, for you, directly from Sean Fargo. This is why you get so much time with Sean... this is why most of the time you get with Sean is set aside for coaching... and this is why Sean limits the number of people in this program at any one time... so the quality and depth of coaching he can give you is the highest it can be.

Most other similar programs don’t prioritize coaching, and therefore don’t give you much time or access to the main teacher for this purpose. Most other programs have an online forum where you can get coaching, but the main teacher scarcely shows up, which means your only option for getting coaching is to get it from the other members, most of whom are at the same level as you, or lower, and this is usually not beneficial. So, the quality and depth of coaching you’ll get in most of these other programs is limited.

Experience level of the main teacher

Sean was a Buddhist monk for 2 years. He has helped Fortune 500 companies like Google, Facebook, PG&E, and Kaiser Permanente create and implement mindfulness programs. He taught at Spirit Rock Meditation Center with Jack Kornfield and Sharon Salzberg. He’s taught mindfulness and meditation in prisons for free. He’s worked with hospitals, large healthcare organizations, and doctors to help patients use mindfulness and meditation to recover from surgeries and illness, manage and overcome chronic pain, and improve their health. He’s worked with families, teens, and kids. Bottom line? Sean Fargo brings a depth and breadth of experience that few other mindfulness and meditation teachers can.

Most mindfulness and meditation teachers have experience practicing and teaching in a narrow field or mostly with a specific group of people, and while this can be beneficial, it can also be limiting, depending on your goals and background.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does this program start and end?

This program doesn’t have a start or end date, it runs continuously, meaning you can join anytime you like and stop anytime you like. One caveat is: we will close the program at certain points when we reach capacity, and we could close enrollment for months at a time.

This is because, in this program, you get lots of personalized, custom coaching, mentoring, and guidance directly from Sean Fargo, and we want to make sure that everyone in the program gets all the time and energy from Sean that they need to be able to achieve the results they want, so we close enrollment to make sure Sean isn’t spread too thin, and can adequately serve everyone in the program.

How do the meditation / coaching sessions work? How and where do I participate?

Each meditation/coaching session will be around 90 minutes, and each will begin with a meditation. Sean Fargo will guide you and the other participants through the meditation, which will usually last around 20 - 30 minutes.

After the meditation, Sean will debrief on how you can use that meditation/mindfulness practice, he’ll ask about your experience of it, he’ll give you his reflections on that particular meditation/practice, his experience using it in his practice, and Sean will talk about how you can modify that meditation/practice to fit your own needs and personal situation, to maximum benefit.

After this debrief, Sean will lead everyone in a Q&A session, where you can ask any questions you have and get answers and coaching directly from Sean, and if time remains, Sean will open a community dialogue.

Will we be doing the same meditation every week?

No. Every week Sean Fargo will guide you through a different meditation and different mindfulness practice. You can see a list of some of the different meditations we’ll be doing by clicking here (a pop-up will open when you click).

When do the meditation / coaching sessions happen?

Do I need to attend every meditation / coaching session?

- Every call (meditation/coaching session) is optional.
- We don’t take attendance. We have two calls each week, both on Tuesday. You’re welcome to come to one, both, or none.
- There are no time rules. You can show up late to any session and you can leave any session early if you need to.

Is this program only about meditation?

No, but it is a large component. In this program you will get to meditate with Sean Fargo, on a weekly basis, but you’re also going to learn mindfulness directly from Sean, and you’re also going to receive coaching, mentorship, and guidance, directly from Sean.

This program is a rare opportunity to meditate, learn from, and get coaching from a master mindfulness teacher, someone who was a Buddhist monk for 2 years, and has taught mindfulness at huge companies like Google, Facebook, Kaiser Permanente, and Tesla, and has taught mindfulness and meditation to people in prisons, to families, to adults and teens and children, and lot more.

These days especially, it’s very hard to get this kind of access to a teacher of Sean’s pedigree and experience, so this program could be very valuable to you.

Why should I join this program? Why not just learn and practice on my own?

Because this program can help you get much greater results, in much less time, with much less effort.

Who is this program for?

Sean Fargo’s Inner Circle is open to everyone — there are no requirements for participation, and you will benefit from it whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner.

The power of this program is that you get to meditate with Sean Fargo, and that you get coaching directly from him. And this is why you can benefit from this program whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner — because wherever you are is where Sean will meet you. In other words, if you are a complete beginner at mindfulness and meditation, Sean will guide you and coach you at that level, and give you exactly what you need as someone who is new to these practices. If you are intermediate or advanced, Sean will show you how to go even deeper, introduce you to new and more advanced practices, and show you how to enjoy the additional benefits that come with attaining even greater presence and mindfulness.

In other words, the power of this program is that you will get whatever you need, wherever you are in your journey, to take the next step, and make significant progress. The kind of mentorship and coaching you get in this program is what really helps people to achieve the breakthroughs they’re seeking and make substantial progress on their mindfulness and meditation journey.

Why should I do this program with Sean Fargo?

Sean Fargo has practiced, and taught, mindfulness and meditation in a wide variety of settings, with a wide variety of people, in a wide variety of formats.

Sean was a Buddhist monk for 2 years, so he brings experience on a spiritual level that few other mindfulness teachers can. He has also consulted with and developed mindfulness programs for large businesses and government organizations — he’s worked with Fortune 500 corporations like Google, Facebook, and Tesla, world-class health organizations like Kaiser Permanente, and even government agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Sean has also worked with incarcerated people in prisons, in hospitals and clinical settings, working with doctors to incorporate mindfulness to help patients with chronic pain, and he has experience working with teens, families, and more.

This breadth and depth of experience means that in this program, you’ll have direct access to someone who can help you with almost any imaginable situation as it relates to your mindfulness and meditation. Past students have found Sean’s unique and widely-varied experiences to be a tremendous advantage in helping them become more present, more mindful, and more centered, faster and easier, then they ever have in the past.

What if I have unhealed trauma or psychiatric challenges?

Mindfulness can be a powerful addition to psychotherapy and psychiatric care. However, this program is not a substitute or replacement for psychiatric care or therapy.

Please speak with a mental health professional about whether this program is right for you, follow the guidance in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness before joining the program, and see our Terms and Conditions for liability details.

Is this program, and its materials, Buddhist, or religious?

No, this program and all of the accompanying materials are secular, evidence-based mindfulness exercises, practices, and meditations meant for enhancing nonjudgmental, moment-to-moment awareness of experience. Nothing in this program is dogmatic or religious.
