Part 1: Gratitude, Mercy & Forgiveness

Grateful people are more compassionate, merciful, generous and forgiving. These qualities lead them to be more hopeful and trusting of themselves, others and their circumstances.

Daily life is filled with challenges and injustices, wrong-doings and hurts. Whether getting cut off in traffic, having a colleague sabotage a project or a demanding relative, there are offenses that we deal with every day.

It is a choice to ignore them, to acknowledge them and forgive or to carry those experiences as an accumulation of wrong-doings that will inevitably add to our unhappiness.
