Of course, sometimes getting better sleep isn’t so simple. If you’re having trouble falling asleep because you’re feeling anxious, nervous, or worried, or because your mind doesn’t seem capable of calming down and letting go of certain thoughts, getting a restful night’s sleep can prove to be incredibly challenging. Next thing you know, it’s 3:00 AM and you’re still lying awake in bed.
