Just as with mindfulness of the breath, the mindful body scan is a foundational practice with unlimited potential.

In this episode, Mindfulness Exercises founder, Sean Fargo, leads a unique 28-minute body scan through the elements of earth, water, fire and air. The meditation begins with an invitation to notice our connection to the earth and the space around us. We’re then invited to explore sensation in the body’s structure, the fluidity of liquid in the body, temperature and breath.

Sharpen your present moment awareness by exploring the body scan not with a predictable sequence, but with a profound exploration of the elements that form our human experience.
