Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited within our organization and learning environments.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Learners: Individuals enrolled in any CE/T programs, including the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification.
  • Instructors and Facilitators: Those responsible for delivering instructional content.
  • Developers and Planners: Personnel involved in creating and organizing course materials.
  • Administrative Staff: Those supporting the operational aspects of CE/T programs.

Prohibited Discrimination

Discrimination based on, but not limited to, the following is strictly prohibited:

Implementation and Awareness

Information for Learners:

  • The anti-discrimination policy is provided to all learners during program registration.
  • The policy is included in the program handbook and posted prominently on the MindfulnessExercises.com website.
  • Learners are required to acknowledge their understanding of this policy during the onboarding process.

Information for Developers/Planners and Instructors:

  • All instructors, facilitators, and course developers receive a copy of this policy during their orientation.
  • Developers and instructors must sign an acknowledgment form indicating they have read and agree to abide by the policy.
  • Regular training sessions are conducted to ensure adherence to the policy and reinforce inclusive practices in teaching and content development.

Reporting and Addressing Violations

Reporting Process:

Individuals who experience or witness discrimination can report the incident confidentially via email to [email protected] or through the online reporting form.

Investigation:

Reports are reviewed promptly by the designated compliance officer. An impartial investigation is conducted, ensuring the privacy of all parties involved.

Actions:

Appropriate corrective actions, up to and including removal from the program or dismissal, will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.

Continuous Improvement

MindfulnessExercises.com regularly reviews this policy to ensure it meets the highest standards of fairness and inclusion. Feedback from learners and staff is actively solicited to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
