prAna Mindful Living Ambassador Mark Coleman leads a one-minute breathing meditation focused on using our breath to help us live in the moment.

In a breathing meditation, we focus solely on our breathing. We feel it as flows in and out, and try to get back to the flow once our mind wanders. This is a good way to get started on mindfulness of the body. We stay in the present during this one activity that is literally always present. Mark Coleman and his soothing voice help guide us through this meditation and cue us back into it whenever our mind may wander. Remember, this is not about perfection. Our mind will always find a way to wander, what matters is we keep at it and don’t give up.
