Hello friend, I’m Sean
I’m the founder of Mindfulness Exercises. Over the last 15 years, we’ve empowered over 300,000 people to teach mindfulness and meditation with confidence and credibility.
I’m also a former buddhist monk of 2+ years, an instructor for the mindfulness program developed at Google, and a mindfulness consultant for the Environmental Protection Agency, NOAA, American Red Cross, Ernst & Young, Kaiser Permanente, and more.
The World Needs More Mindfulness Teachers
"There is an unprecedented demand for more mindfulness and meditation teachers.
People all around the world are struggling with burnout, anxiety, insomnia and depression.
I've spent the last 15 years helping people teach mindfulness in business, healthcare, coaching and education.
Now I want to help you deepen your presence and to share mindfulness with others.
I bring my experience as a Buddhist Monk of 2 years, instructor for the mindfulness program born at Google, Certified Integral Coach, Chief Zen Officer for a nationwide pain management clinic, and Spirit Rock Meditation Center staff of 5 years.
If you want to help others be more mindful, I'd be honored to support you."
If you’re reading this, you want to help people with good teaching and integrity. You want to lead people in the right direction. The last thing you want is give people the wrong tools, and so it’s natural to worry if you’re good enough.
Here are three short videos on my own journey overcoming the imposter syndrome, learning how to teach mindfulness, and making an impact while developing my career.
