20 hours of personal mindfulness practice. Many people like these general guided practices, self-compassion practices, or this variety of meditations.

10 hours of reflective reading of 1-2 mindfulness books that are relevant to your teaching goals.

10 hours of creating something useful for others, helping them learn mindfulness in some way. I will offer support along the way.
Project examples include:
Whenever you’re ready, please email 2 page summaries (and approximate hourly totals) of your progress for each of the 3 categories (personal practice, reading, ‘project’) to [email protected]
