These videos are available to you for free to help you with the understanding and practice of mindfulness so you can incorporate it more in your daily life.
Have you ever considered the pace of your day to day life? Have you taken stock of your routines and habits, and realized that something’s not working for you? It’s not an uncommon place to come to. As we continue on our trajectory into the 21st century, an increasing number of people are realizing that there’s something wrong with their lived experience. They work a seemingly endless number of hours each week. They focus on their job. They obsess over achievement, consumption, and acquisition. At every turn, there’s an opportunity to get something new, exciting, and stimulating, whether it’s a raise at work, a commission on a job, a new phone or car, or something else.
At the end of the day, though, none of these things actually serves to fulfill the internal longing that precipitates the need in the first place. No matter how much we acquire, how hard we work, or what level of status we manage to achieve, we’ll still end up in the same place: wanting more, needing something different.
This is where mindfulness can help. If you’re in this position, you can remedy your situation without needing to achieve anything, or accomplish something great. All you have to do is bring mindful, appreciative, gracious, centered awareness into your life.
Of course, making this happen is much easier said than done. That’s why we’ve put together this archive of hundreds of free mindfulness videos. These videos range in length from short snippets to lengthy meditations and lectures and cover an incredibly wide range of topics related to mindfulness meditation and meditative practice. Feel free to browse our entire catalog. If you find something that’s particularly useful for you, we hope you’ll share it with friends, colleagues, and family members. We wish you the best on your journey towards a more mindful, peaceful life.
No matter how adept we become at incorporating mindfulness practices into our daily lives, sometimes things fall by the wayside. Maybe we’re particularly stressed because of a project that’s coming due at work. Maybe it’s been an unusually long week. Or perhaps we’re experiencing conflict with loved ones and finding it difficult to cope with the circumstances.
Whatever the reason may be, it’s completely normal for us to occasionally drift off course with our mindfulness practice. Fortunately, though, there are a lot of tools at your disposal to help you get back on track in a relatively quick and painless way.
Here, we’ve collected hundreds of mindfulness videos for your use. They’re absolutely free, and we encourage you to browse through them.
You’ll notice that these videos are a mix of a couple of different types. First, you’ll encounter quite a few videos that contain various kinds of music. These videos are designed to help you with your meditative practice. Play one of these videos when you sit down to perform your daily meditation. Many of these videos involve chants that will help to calm the “monkey mind” that might be racing about. Others are tuned to 432 Hz. This is the “Verdi frequency,” a scientific frequency that’s been demonstrated to resonate with our mind and body. It induces a state of relaxation and will help you sink deeper into your meditative practice.
Additionally, this page contains a number of talks and guided meditations offered by experienced teachers. These teachers will help you overcome obstacles that you might encounter on your path to greater clarity, awareness, and compassion. Feel free to share these talks with friends, family members, and co-workers. You’re encouraged to make use of these talks as often as you like: they can help you refocus your energy and achieve breakthroughs in your practice.
