Navigate the challenges of mindfulness practice with ease and support.

If you’re like most people who are eager to make meditation and mindfulness a lifelong positive habit, you’ve probably stumbled upon some of these challenges:

  • You can’t focus on your meditation… your attention wanders from what to cook for dinner to yesterday’s argument with your partner.
  • You can’t get comfortable sitting still… your body has the urge to get up and do something… anything. Especially all those things on your to-do list!
  • Unpleasant emotions or sensations come up… you want to face them but find it hard to do so without self-judgement and without feeling overwhelmed.
  • You truly want to meditate more consistently… but finding the time is tough when you have a busy schedule and no one to stay accountable to.
  • You feel tension when you try to relax or just be. You always feel like you have more to do… does the constant activity ever end?

If you’ve ever gone through any of these, you should congratulate yourself. Yes, really! Here’s why.

Because when you transform your mind in new ways, some level of discomfort is normal as you grow.

Even the most experienced mindfulness teachers have encountered (and still experience) these common meditation challenges.

transform your mind in new ways

But here’s the beautiful thing about deepening your mindfulness:

There’s a more compassionate and enjoyable way to work with your mind… without the added layer of (unintentionally self-inflicted) pain and suffering.

With the right guidance from someone who’s been there, you can be fully present for each moment without judging yourself or striving to become someone you’re not. You’ll be empowered to respond with a kind and loving awareness… even amidst life’s challenges.

What is the

Mindfulness Coaching Circle?

Your personalized mindfulness coaching, empowerment, and support system led by Sean Fargo – a corporate mindfulness trainer and former Buddhist monk.

Make every moment of your meditation and mindfulness practice work for you with instant access to:

TWO weekly meditation and group coaching sessions (Tuesdays @ 8am & 2pm PST)

Sean’s personalized and compassionate guidance to support you through discomfort or uncertainty.

Safe & supportive community of fellow practitioners, teachers, and students.

Imagine having a mindfulness coach

who can point you back to your inner wisdom even through the mind’s chatter, worries, or doubts.

member of mindfulness coaching circle

As a member of the Mindfulness Coaching Circle, you get to benefit from Sean’s 10,000+ hours of meditation experience to help you:

  • Cultivate greater courage and confidence with coaching that empowers you to recognize (and build on) your strengths
  • Gain clarity of mind with guidance that makes it easy to untangle your sense of “self” from your problems or emotions
  • Open your heart with techniques that allow you to let go of unhelpful or limiting thought patterns and beliefs

As a father and a husband, Sean understands how hard it can be to extend mindfulness to those seemingly ordinary (but no less precious) moments of daily life. Things like washing the dishes, changing diapers, or having difficult heart-to-heart conversations with a loved one.

That’s why you’ll feel completely at ease with his down-to-earth yet empowering guidance as you take your mindfulness to the next level.

There’s A LOT of free, live online meditation sessions out there…

(And yes, Sean offers those too.)

How does the Mindfulness Coaching Circle work?

how does mindfulness coaching circle work
  • As a member, you get access to two live 90-minute group coaching calls with Sean every week. These are held every Tuesday at 8am PST and at 2pm PST. [Click here to convert to your time zone].
  • You can attend both sessions or choose the one that works better for your schedule. Feel free to come and leave any time if other obligations come up. But to get the most benefit out of your inner work, it’s recommended you come at least once a week.
  • If you can’t make either session, you’ll receive the recording in your inbox. Watch each call at your convenience or listen to your new favorite guided meditation again.

Here’s what you can expect on each call:

Relax, unwind, and sit back as Sean guides you through a 20-30 minute guided meditation.

The meditations will be different every week, so you can try out a wide range of meditation styles and mindfulness practices and techniques.

After the meditation, you’ll learn how you can use that mindfulness practice going forward and integrate it into your routine if you wish.

Sean offers ideas for modifying the practice to fit your needs or to work with any discomfort or challenges.

You get plenty of time to ask questions and get direct coaching, mentoring and guidance from Sean.

This is your opportunity to ask ANYTHING related to mindfulness or meditation and how to apply it to your personal situation for maximum benefit.

“Sean is the absolute gold standard for mindfulness training and coaching."

"He’s been trained as a monk in the traditional teachings and methods of the Buddha, and he’s also worked in corporate settings while raising a family. In other words, he has tremendous depth and breadth. He is also very very kind, with bone-deep integrity, excellent communication and teaching skills, inclusive open-minded awareness, and a sweetly supportive manner. He really is the best, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.”

New York Times Bestselling Author of Resilience And Hardwiring Happiness

How can you benefit from working with a mindfulness coach?

You can meditate and practice mindfulness on your own… so why even consider having a mindfulness coach?

How can you benefit from working with a mindfulness coach?
  • Because we all have blind spots that we just can’t see on our own. And often, these are the very things that keep us caught in our own self-imposed suffering.
  • Because with a mindfulness coach, you get to recognize limiting, conditioned beliefs and let go of them.
  • Because you’ll work through difficult emotions faster and with more compassion and grace.
  • Because you’ll have someone who sees and helps you capitalize on your strengths.
  • Because you’ll have someone who’s been through the journey and guides you to overcome so-called “weaknesses” faster… and realize that you are perfect along the way.

And the best part is that with Sean as your coach, you’ll regain TRUST IN YOURSELF and FEEL CONFIDENT in your practice.

A coach is simply your guide to help YOU connect faster with the part of you that already knows… the part that already abides in the calm, loving space of present moment awareness.

“Sean is an extraordinary human being and brings all of his resources to the work he does."

“He is hard working, passionate, caring, and clear seeing, and brings a graceful precision to his work. I highly recommend him.”

Shauna Shapiro, PhD

Mindfulness Author & Professor Santa Clara University

You don’t just come here to meditate…

You come here to regain confidence and trust.

In your practice. In yourself. And in the goodness of life.

If you’re committed to improving your mindfulness practice, this is it… a space where you can do your deep inner work while feeling safe, guided, and empowered by your coach.

Recognize and address common setbacks or blind spots with kindness, grace, and self-compassion.

Stay accountable to your well-being with a trusted coach and supportive community so you make mindfulness a habit.

Stay inspired with new meditations and mindfulness exercises that keep things fresh and exciting each time.

“You won’t regret the time you spend learning with Sean."

“Sean Fargo has cultivated a deep and powerful understanding of mindfulness, as well as the skill and creativity to share transformative practices in a clear and accessible manner. You won’t regret the time you spend learning with him!”

“I had researched many mindfulness programs, but wasn’t finding the one that felt like the right fit for me, and that would meet me where I am at this point.

In our very first conversation, I absolutely knew that I had found the perfect program and the perfect teacher for me. I felt completely confident and comfortable within minutes of talking to Sean.

Every conversation I have with Sean, I am totally inspired by the information and guidance he’s offered me.

Andrea Kern

Catherine Brannan

It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

When does this program start and end?

This program doesn’t have a start or end date. It runs continuously, meaning you can join anytime you like and stop anytime you like. One caveat is: we will close the program at certain points when we reach capacity, and we could close enrollment for months at a time.

This is because you get lots of personalized, custom coaching, mentoring, and guidance directly from Sean, and we want to make sure that everyone in the program gets all the time and energy from Sean that they need.
