How to Use the 365 Brandable Mindfulness Social Media Templates

We’ve selected Canva, an online design and publishing tool, as our template platform. Canva is free and easy to use. Begin editing and branding your templates by following the steps below.

Get Started in 4 Simple Steps!

STEP 1:
You will need a Canva account to access and edit our templates. Don’t yet have a Canva login? Create one for FREE at Canva.com. If you already have a Canva account, log in!

STEP 2:
Return to your email inbox where you’ll find your purchase confirmation email. Open the email for links to the Mindfulness Exercises social media templates you purchased. 

STEP 3:
Click the links to open them in Canva.

STEP 4:
To begin editing a template, click the purple ‘Use Template’ button. A copy of this template will open in the Canva editor.

Editing Your Templates in Canva:

In the Canva editor, click on any element within the template to make edits to the size or color of that element. 

  • Click on text to make edits to the copy, font, size or shape.
  • To use elements, graphics and photos from Canva, browse the left sidebar.
  • To use your own photos, upload them to Canva using the ‘Uploads’ link in the left sidebar.

Finding Your Templates in Canva:

Once you’ve uploaded your templates, you can find the originals in Canva at any time by returning to the home page, and then clicking the link to ‘Shared with you’ in the left sidebar.

To find the templates you’ve made edits to, click on ‘Recent designs’ in the left sidebar, or open the folder that says ‘Your projects.’

Downloading Your Edited Templates for Use on Social Media:

You can publish to social media directly from the Canva editor by clicking the ••• icon in the top right corner. If you prefer, you can download your templates and upload them to Facebook, Instagram, your own website, or anywhere.

Select ‘download’ from the top right corner, choose your file type and size, select all pages or a single page, then click the purple download button.

Organizing Files on Canva

Once you upload all your templates, you’ll have hundreds of designs. If you prefer to keep the originals as back-ups, you’ll also have hundreds of copies! Create folders in Canva to keep your templates organized however you wish.

  • On the Canva homepage, click ‘Your projects’ in the left sidebar
  • Click the + in the top right corner of the page
  • Select ‘Folder’ for a new folder
  • In the pop-up window, name the folder, the hit the purple button to create it
  • To add any design to your new folder, go to ‘designs’
  • Click the ••• icon
  • Select ‘Move to folder’ and choose where you’d like your design to go
