Dear Reader,

How is your mindfulness and meditation practice?

  • Do you have difficulty in maintaining a consistent practice of mindfulness and meditation?
  • Do you spend a lot of time and effort improving your practice, but aren't sure if the results are worth it?
  • Sometimes, do you feel that there aren't many (or any) people in your life with whom you can share your interest in mindfulness and meditation?
  • And that most of the people in your life don't really "get it" and that it's hard to find someone with whom you can talk about it or express yourself?
  • Is there an "inner critic" in you that makes you feel inadequate, limits you, or prevents you from going deeper with mindfulness and meditation?

If you feel this way, it's very common. You are not alone.

Thousands of teachers and practitioners around the world feel the same way you do, and that's okay.

And before we go any further, I should make one thing clear…

it's not your fault that you feel this way - quite the opposite.

Early in the development of our mindfulness practice, we are told that training the mind is an individual and internal process, and that we should do this by isolating ourselves from the outside world.

These misconceptions about willpower and resilience - that we should be able to practice mindfulness in isolation and on our own - are growing stronger in us by the day, and it's getting harder and harder to fight them.

But we forget that it's always best to learn and develop our skills, whatever they may be, in the company of others.

The exchange of ideas and feelings is essential for us to move forward and achieve our goals.

And how can we do that?

By being part of a community of people who feel what we feel and want what we want.

Community is essential for successful practice, and we won't get far unless we surround ourselves with others who're walking the same path as we're.

And I'm not the one saying that out of the blue. There’s concrete evidence to support this claim.

Education experts have brought these concepts together in the digital world, where people from all corners of the globe can benefit from the enhanced advantages that only a shared learning experience can provide.

These days, we call this kind of teaching and learning “cohort-based learning”, and there’s a lot of evidence of the benefits of it.

There are a variety of benefits to joining in a cohort-based learning experience, but we can focus on the top 5 advantages of this approach:

  • Increased Accountability.
  • Specificity of Course Material.
  • Applied Learning.
  • Community Building and Support.
  • Soft Skills Development.

Those are just a few benefits cohort-based learning can offer you.

Just the tip of the iceberg.

But now comes the good part.

Now that you know what collaborative learning is and the benefits of it, I want to extend a very special personal invitation to you.

To get right to the point, we want to introduce you to something that's never been done before in the mindfulness community.

Something that will revolutionize the way you learn, teach, and grow in your mindfulness practices and bring the best of the cohort-based learning approach to our reality.

We, at Mindfulness Exercises, have been working on this new product for months and we think we're now ready to share it with the world.

But before that, it’s better if you have a little more information about us and what we do.

We are Mindfulness Exercises, an online Mindfulness platform founded in 2014 by Sean Fargo, a former Buddhist monk, mindfulness teacher and entrepreneur.

With our free content and products like downloadable meditations, guided meditations, mindfulness worksheets, courses, live webinars, and more, we've helped over 20 million people improve professionally.

We're passionate about helping both enthusiasts and professionals who want to reap the benefits of mindfulness to improve their lives and the lives of others.

Right now is our time to help you in your journey and that’s why we would like to introduce you to something very special.

Something that made us very proud and that will certainly help you deeply in your studies and practice of mindfulness.

Connect Mindfulness Community

Meet Connect, your new online mindfulness and meditation community.

Connect is an online community designed specifically for mindfulness and meditation practitioners and teachers of all skills and experience levels.

It’s like a social media platform, but focused on the discussion and learning of mindfulness.

Connect members (practitioners and teachers) can interact with other users and participate in various activities, such as:

🗓️ 1. Live Meditations & Events

Inside Connect, almost every day of the month, we’ll be hosting live (remote, via Zoom) meditations, workshops, retreats, and coaching sessions, and you can join us for any or all of them!

Here’s a look at each of the live events you’ll be able to attend and participate in, inside Connect:

You’ll find a meditation session happening almost every day in Connect. Many of our members have found that because we offer these meditation sessions so frequently and consistently, and the fact that they are group sessions, led by a real expert, that it really helps them to stick to a much more consistent practice of meditating, which is crucial if you want to reap the real benefits of mindfulness and meditation.

In each of these sessions, we do a 90-minute call that includes a guided meditation, led by Sean Fargo or one of our other expert teachers, a quick debrief and reflection on the topic of that day’s meditation, and then a group Q&A session.

When you join Connect, you’ll be able to attend 1 - 2 workshops every month, each of which runs for approximately two hours. These are deep dive, comprehensive training on different topics related to mindfulness and meditation, and they’re taught by Sean Fargo and Lena Adams Kim — a highly accomplished mindfulness and meditation teacher who has created mindfulness programs in some of the largest organizations in the world.

Mindfulness retreats allow for deep, valuable insights and benefits that may not be as readily available with shorter, intermittent sessions, and give you a valuable opportunity to rest, reconnect, and feel rejuvenated by temporarily stepping away from your busy, stressful life. As a member of Connect, you can attend two 1-day retreats each month that Sean Fargo will lead. Each day-long retreat includes four 90-minute sessions, each of which includes a combination of meditation, teachings, and discussion.

Buddhist monks, and the most accomplished practitioners of mindfulness and meditation, all have one thing in common... They were all coached, and mentored by a master teacher. Now, you don’t have to become a Buddhist monk, or even a very accomplished practitioner of mindfulness and meditation to have a great, peaceful, centered, joyous life... but getting to that point is just so much easier if you have access to a great coach and mentor.

This is why, as a member of Connect, you’ll receive coaching and mentoring directly from Sean Fargo.

You’ll be able to participate in our monthly group coaching calls, which are a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you have and get live coaching and mentoring directly from Sean. (If you aren’t familiar with Sean, we’ve included some information a little further down on this page, about his background, credentials, and experience as a practitioner and teacher of mindfulness and meditation.)

And these are the teachers who'll guide, lead, and coach you in all the meditations and live events described above:

🔒 2. Private Cohorts

Join a Private Cohort inside Connect so you can form even stronger bonds, friendships, and relationships with people who have the same interests as you, speak the same language, or even live in your area.

Another very cool feature inside Connect is our Private Cohorts. Private Cohorts are small groups of four or more mindfulness and meditation practitioners or teachers who connect with each other in a private online space for support, encouragement, and inspiration related to their mindfulness practice.

Cohorts are grouped around a common interest. Here are just a few examples:

  • Accountability (meditators trying to break or build a habit)
  • Meditation type (meditators who are interested in a particular practice)
  • Language (Spanish-speaking meditators, for example)
  • Teachers (groups based on who, where, or what they teach)
  • Identity-based (meditators who identify as BIPOC, LBGTQ+, for example)
  • Professionals (accountants, therapists, nurses, school teachers, and so on)
  • Interest-based (meditators who surf, ski, hike, paint, etc.)
  • Time zone (groups meet at a particular time to meditate together)
  • Geography (Colorado meditators, New Delhi meditators, and so on)

As you can see, there are infinite possibilities for cohorts. You can join our existing cohorts and even propose a new cohort that you’d like to create.

📖 3. Courses & Resources

Your Connect membership will include access to select courses and resources that can help you develop, deepen, and grow your understanding and practice of mindfulness and meditation.

We have a section in Connect called the Monthly Free Download, which offers a new download each month that’s included in the cost of your membership. These downloads will be quick and easy to consume, learn, use, and implement, and will span a variety of topics related to mindfulness and meditation.

We’ll also occasionally be adding some courses into Connect as we go, but we're intentionally limiting the amount to a small, select few.

This is because a lot of communities these days are overwhelming their members with too many courses and way too much stuff to do, and we don't want to do that.

We want to keep things light and simple, and we want you to feel comfortable, free of stress and pressure, and able to focus on the most valuable aspect of Connect — the community, and connecting.

That’s what this program is really all about.

🍎 4. Daily Mindfulness Challenge

The Daily Mindfulness Challenge will help you establish and maintain a consistent mindfulness practice, deepen your understanding of mindfulness and meditation, help you find new insights and breakthroughs, and inject a healthy dose of enjoyment and excitement into your everyday journey.

Every day, we’ll post a new mindfulness challenge.

You can do all of them, some of them, or none of them — it’s entirely up to you, but we’ve found that many of our members love to use this as a fun, easy, fast way to keep a consistent mindfulness practice.

Each Daily Challenge will include a short video, a short audio, a worksheet that you can download, print, and fill out, and some reflection questions.

You can also leave comments, ask questions, and engage in a discussion with others about each Daily Challenge.

☕ 5. Mindful Sharing & Inspiration Discussion Forum

The Mindful Sharing & Inspiration Discussion Forum is a fun place to meet new friends, share experiences, and inspire and support one another as we grow and deepen our mindfulness and meditation practices.

And of course, you can see what everyone else is sharing, leave comments, interact, and make new friends, accountability partners, colleagues, and more.

Have you ever read something, watched a video, or tried a new mindfulness or meditation practice and just didn't get it?

Have you been having trouble developing a consistent meditation practice?
Do you feel stuck and just can't seem to get anywhere?

We've all been there. But it's so helpful when you've an entire community of members, practitioners, teachers and experts willing to help you any time of the day or night.

Come to this forum and ask all your burning questions. Tell us about your current challenges, frustrations and sticking points and we'll do our best to help you.
And of course, if you have a helpful answer, tip or feedback, please share it with others who ask for help.

We can all grow more when we do it together... when we help, and support, and encourage, and challenge each other.

💬 6. Real-Time Chat

You can also connect with other members, our teachers, and Sean Fargo in real-time, in the Real-Time Chat section of our community.

This is one of the coolest features of our community.

You can see who is currently online, and chat with them, in real-time, right in our community.

You never know when an amazing impromptu chat will take place.

And this is another great place to ask for help, coaching, and mentoring from the other members in our community, from our teachers, and from Sean Fargo.

We can't quantify the benefits you'll receive by participating in the Connect community, but in order to maintain a quality service to our community, we can't offer this type of product for free.

But be aware that your investment is very small compared to what you get in the Connect plan.

If you decide to join Connect, you’ll only spend 96¢ a day.

Consider at this moment what else you find so valuable that you can make an investment with just this small amount?
Another relevant thing about that: since Connect is a subscription-based product, you can join the community for a month to see if the platform is right for you, and leave the next month if you decide you don't want to continue.

There’s no reason for you not to take action right now, my friend.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The special pricing will only be available for a limited time at Connect's launch. We'll raise the prices for both tiers soon and won't be able to notify everyone about this change, so get in now as these are the lowest prices we'll ever offer for both tiers in Connect.

We sincerely hope you make the right decision, my friend.

We'll give you resources to help you overcome the challenges you currently face when it comes to mindful practice and teaching, but we can only go so far...

Now it's up to you.

The key to your success and a better life is in your hands.
